1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blockvance mobile application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Blockvance, Inc. ("Blockvance," "we," "us") provides financial information, cash advance services, and rewards programs subject to these conditions.
2. Banking & Plaid Connection
Blockvance is not a bank. Banking services are provided by our partner financial institutions. By using the App, you grant Blockvance and our third-party provider, Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"), the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with thePlaid Privacy Policy.
3. Cash Advances
Blockvance may offer you a cash advance based on your direct deposit history and account activity.This is not a loan. There are no mandatory fees, interest rates, or credit checks required to receive an advance. You may choose to pay an optional "Instant Transfer" fee for expedited delivery, or an optional "Tip" to support the service. Non-payment of advances will not affect your credit score but may limit your access to future advances.
4. Crypto & Custody
Blockvance does not hold your cryptocurrency or fiat funds directly. All digital assets and fiat balances are held in custody by regulated third-party custodians ("Custodians"). You acknowledge that you do not hold the private keys to any crypto assets displayed in the App. Blockvance acts solely as an interface to view and manage these assets held by the Custodian.
5. Play-to-Earn Rewards
Users may earn rewards, including cash or digital tokens, by participating in activities such as watching advertisements, playing third-party games, or completing surveys. Blockvance reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we detect fraudulent activity, bot usage, or manipulation of the rewards system. Rewards have no cash value until successfully redeemed and settled into your connected account.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blockvance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
